if you are visiting Inverness stay here it is excellent from the moment you arrive down the long drive along the shore to the welcome greeting and tour of the downstairs rooms tthe staff are very welcoming friendly without being officious the room i had was excellent whilst not overlooking the water but overlooking the grounds 4 poster large room with windows on 3 sides all the expected facilities very pleasant we had dinner in the restaurant again the food was top notch probably have been nice to offer a more basic choice for some tastes steak ect the breakfast was tasty but a touch greasy and more choice on the cooked side would be nice but overall the hotel is well recommended i would stay again,a very good choice for honeymooners romantic weekends or business it is a few miles from town a car might be preferable

very little to dislike really like i said breakfast was slightly greasy more basic choice on night time food i am not sure if their was room service car park a slight trek particularly with a wheeled case on rough ground nit picking really nothing to put you off

Enjoyed our stay, very pleasant staff, good room, only stairs for 3 floors but staff very accommodating.

Its Idyllic Location, set on the banks of an estuary with fantastic views. Food was lovely especially the main course however the starter was a little bland. Great choice of wines and other drinks and very pleasant staff where nothing is too much trouble.

The hospitality was very good. Because my husband was sick when we reached Bunchrew House Hotel. Hotel staffs took good care of him. He recovered well after staying there. Every staff asked us how the health conditions were even when we left the hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are also very good. It faces the Loch Ness Firth and we can see beautiful coast and moutains. I had a very good scrambled egg for breakfast. It was the best one I ever had.

Old world charm and hospitaility. Fantastic setting. Full of character. Excellent service and friendlienss of staff.

We loved the location of this fairy tail castle and its surroundings. The room and the bathroom were huge and clean. The restaurant and the common areas were lovely and breakfast was very good. We tried the restaurant and had a delicious dinner :) And all this for a very affordable price!

The ambiance of the whole place was special.

A wonderful suite in a classic older manor house with excellent facilities and some of the best food we had in Scotland.

Bunchrew House had no internet connection which would have been nice but not absolutely necessary.

The hotel was in a beautiful location and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and did their jobs quietly and well. The breakfasts were lovely, and the dining room overlooks the Beauly Firth.

Lovely place and atmosphere. Very good service, staff friendly and helpsome. Excellent food.

Highly recommend. Beautiful castle hotel, very nice view and staff, wonderful breakfast, private car park, free wifi in room, Don't miss Dinner - awesome and fantastic. I will stay again. ^_^
